The first in my sometime articles on movie trailer remixes, is Steven King’s The Shining, except not as you may have previously seen it, but instead the result of YouTube contributor neochosen’s masterful remix.
He has managed to turn a chilling thriller into a warm and up lifting comedy about a writer (played by Jack Nicholson) with writers block. In an effort overcome his problem he goes on a trip and discovers the fatherly relationship with his son that had all but disappeared. The trailer build to a crescendo with big countryside shots, and the strains of Salisbury Hill in the back ground.
